"I’m from Denver, and made a weekend trip over to Hutchinson to see the salt mines. In planning, I came across Holly’s (interview on YouTube) and made a point to stop in. I was hoping to try those meatballs, but alas, they weren’t on the menu. But a muffuletta was - and it may be the best muffuletta I’ve ever had. They bake their own bread, make their own tapenade… and it shows. AMAZING. As I told Holly, who was working HARD behind the counter to prep for 2/14 - out of this world good. I will have to make a trip back for the meatballs! :)"

"Story time. I was traveling through hutch and called up Holly’s asking if they sold fruit tarts. She said that they do fruit tart cookies or pizza but not fruit tarts. I said no big deal but I was looking for a fruit tart specifically because it was my wife’s birthday and that is her favorite desert. Holly said “I can make a fruit tart” and even though it wasn’t on the menu she made it happen. When I showed it to my wife she was so surprised and after the first bite she almost cried. Holly really came through for me and delivered on a fantastic dessert and a memorable experience. Btw Holly if you see this, put the fruit tart on the menu! That was amazing. And I definitely look forward to trying the one with the cream cheese filling next time."
